ALPFLOW is the pool and spa equipment brand of Shanghai Alps International Trading Co., Ltd., based in Putuo District, Shanghai. We supply pool pumps, spa pumps and sand filter systems to pool builders, equipment wholesalers and brands that need a reliable China-side partner.
Almost all of our business is export. That is not incidental — it determines how we work. Quotations are prepared in the specification of the destination market, documents are prepared in English, and packaging is built for container freight rather than domestic truck delivery.
We are a trading company, and we say so plainly. Our value is in specification, sourcing, quality control and after-sales continuity: choosing the right product for the job, checking it before it leaves, and still being there when a seal needs replacing two seasons later.

Four things we hold ourselves to
Narrow range, properly understood
We do not carry everything. Sticking to pumps and filters means we can answer sizing and compatibility questions ourselves instead of forwarding them to a factory and waiting.
Specified for the destination
Voltage, frequency, connection sizes, labelling and manuals are set for the market the goods are going to. A pump that is correct in principle but wrong on the nameplate is a problem you inherit at the port.
Checked before it ships
Function testing before despatch, with records and photographs shared alongside the shipping documents. Finding a fault in Shanghai is inconvenient; finding it on site is expensive.
Supported after the invoice
Spare parts, technical questions and warranty handling continue after payment clears. A supplier is only useful if they are still reachable in year two.
